Aude is a Principal Consultant at Plum and Head of the Plum’s office in Paris. Specialising in the digital and telecom sectors, she has worked on international projects in the private, academic & development funding sectors and she holds a PhD in Economics.

Her experience includes economic and regulatory research and analyses (Plum, World Bank, French Development Agency-AFD), as well as strategy and performance improvement projects (Orange Group). Combining her skills in economics with her industry knowledge, Aude provides organizations with analyses, to support them in improving their policies and performance. She is particularly interested in the economics of new digital technologies, as well as how companies and policy makers can contribute to improve digital inclusion and sustainability.

While working for Orange, Aude has developed cost models for margin improvement and business models, she has been involved in business planning and customer-value-management projects, benchmarking and market analyses. During her PhD, she has worked on theoretical and practical approaches of asset valuation in telecommunications in some developing countries. More recently, she has worked on economic analyses of demand and supply markets on the Europe and Central Asia for the World Bank.

Aude Schoentgen holds a PhD in Economics (Telecom ParisTech), a MPhil. In International Economic Relations (Sciences Po Paris) and a MSc. in Business Administration (from Skema, France).
