This workshop will take the form of a telephone interview with an in-house recruiter to check that your CV reflects your project and your "added value".
This is not a simulated recruitment interview, but a free exchange on how best to present your career goals to a specialist.

Are you a doctor who wants to leave research? Do you feel that your doctorate is not always an asset in your job search or in your current position? Are you downplaying your doctoral experience because you don't know how to talk about it to non-initiates?

You have many skills to identify and promote. Translate the transferable skills you developed during your thesis into your CV, and then talk about them in a natural way.

After all, the professional careers of PhDs don't always focus on fundamental research:
- Because there are few places to continue in research after a doctorate or post-doctorate.
- Because after several years of theoretical research, you want to move into more operational structures: companies, associations, local authorities, etc.

This workshop is led by Laurent Masscheleyn, founder of RD2 Conseil, a recruitment consultancy specializing in the search for young PhDs.
He will decipher your CV and show you how to communicate your PhD in a constructive way to recruiters of all kinds.
Laurent has spent many years assisting and advising innovative start-ups, SMEs and major groups as a partner in an innovation financing consultancy.

This service is particularly aimed at PhD students, to help them learn how to make the most of their thesis and promote this experience to recruiters!

How it works :

• Appointments made in advance, so that participants can be allocated to the proposed time slots.
• Documents sent upon registration for transmission to the recruiter in preparation for the exchange.
