Cycle de conférences] "Patrimoine, entre histoire et modernité, sauvegarde et transformation" [Heritage, between history and modernity, preservation and transformation] - program cancelled

To date, while we were committed to a program with stakeholders, this new club has not found enough participants to maintain the program. Of course, I regret this, and I imagine you do too.

As I explained in my message to all alumni, this program required a minimum of 40 registrants to break even with the remuneration of the speakers, all of whom are leading professionals in their field.

Christine Chardon is of course always ready to listen to your wishes, ideas and comments on how to get this club off the ground, so don't hesitate to write to her christine.chardon@telecom-paristech.org

"2018: European Year of Cultural Heritage", launch of the 1st Heritage Lotto, a great opportunity for the new Art & Culture club to offer you a program mixing different angles of view, presented by eminent specialists in the subject (curators, historians, publishers, academics, architects, ...).

Each lecture will be preceded by a small buffet for socializing and networking. The spirit of this club is to share good cultural moments in a convivial atmosphere.

In addition to the lecture series, a number of heritage-related visits will be organized throughout the year:
- the Bourse du Commerce in Paris (Fondation Pinault), due to open in early 2019
- Urban walks in Paris (e.g. Street Art, wastelands and alternative sites),
- the Orange historical collection in Noisy-Montmorency,
A day or week-end is planned for spring (example: Abbaye de Fontevraud, opening of the Musée régional d'art contemporain)....

The quality of the club is also that of its instructors. They are all paid. That's why we ask for an annual registration fee to reserve our speakers and visits.

To launch this first program, we hope to gather at least 40 registrants. So don't hesitate to sign up, and sign up the person of your choice!
