Photography often aims to beautify and magnify the subject. But it can also be used to create darker, more disturbing images. What tools should the photographer use to create an eerie atmosphere? Light and shadow? Framing? Depth of field? Speed? Composition? A skilful blend of all these elements? This is what we propose to discover during this session where we'll walk in the footsteps of the great masters of anxiety, guided by Marie-Hélène's advice. Each participant will be invited to create a photographic sequence to plunge us into a world that will send shivers down our spines. The TPA premises have plenty of nooks and crannies for such creations. Don't hesitate to bring flashlights, candles or anything else you can think of to enhance the spooky effect of your compositions.Login to register
