Augustin de ROMANET, a graduate of IEP Paris and an alumnus of ENA (1986), has shared his career between the French Budget Office, various ministerial cabinets (notably those of Alain Lambert, Francis Mer, Jean-François Borloo and Jean-Pierre Raffarin as Cabinet Director or Deputy Cabinet Director) and the French Presidency as Deputy Secretary General to Jacques Chirac. He has also held senior positions in the private sector with Oddo Pinatton Corporate and Groupe Crédit Agricole SA. Since March 2007, he has been Chief Executive Officer of the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations. A cocktail reception will be held at the end of the conference.
