Since 2015, the Télécom Paris Santé club has been measuring the impact of digital technologies on the evolution of medicine, and finding that they are considerable. In addition, since 2016, the ANI law has obliged companies to offer their employees a mutual health insurance plan, and the Labor Law has modified employee medical monitoring, placing the emphasis on information and prevention. At the same time, the 2018 Lecocq report puts forward proposals for occupational medicine, the primary mission of which will be prevention. Taken together, these developments mean that the company will play an increasingly important role in the health of its employees.
