Today, managers who can no longer or no longer exercise their "leadership" skills lose part of their credibility and a part of their skills; they are immediately called into question. Situations likely to create this state of affairs are encountered during restructurings, mergers/acquisitions or even during (interim) managerial or consulting assignments with these managers. Drawing on his own experience and that of his teams, B. Diehl has developed with GDBO both a network and tools which make it possible, in response to these cases encountered in both the private and public sectors, to entrust customized "managerial skills development" assignments.
