XM-Consult<br />Dare to mentor managers

Today, managers who can no longer or no longer exercise their "leadership" skills lose part of their credibility and a part of their skills; they are immediately called into question. Situations likely to create this state of affairs are encountered during restructurings, mergers/acquisitions or even during (interim) managerial or consulting assignments with these managers. Drawing on his own experience and that of his teams, B. Diehl has developed with GDBO both a network and tools which make it possible, in response to these cases encountered in both the private and public sectors, to entrust customized "managerial skills development" assignments. Diehl has developed with GDBO both a network and tools that enable him to respond to these cases, encountered in both private and public sectors, by entrusting personalized "managerial skills development" missions based on the transfer of experience from a mentor. He will explain why a mentor doesn't have to be a professional coach; on the other hand, he will demonstrate through several examples of recent missions how a senior manager, aided by the red thread of a proven method, can pass on know-how and help a manager in a difficult situation to "grow up". Perhaps there's a mentor sleeping inside you, just waiting to be awakened? Or do you meet customers who, with your advice, could use a mentor?
