UniAgro and the G16+<br />APPROACH TO CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

The UniAgro Association invites G16+ graduates to attend this evening workshop, which will look at the various aspects of conflict and the many ways in which they can be resolved. The following points will be covered: - What is conflict? - Different approaches to dealing with conflict - Preventing conflict through quality communication A practical application, through case studies, will be proposed based on concrete situations submitted by the participants, offering an overview of the tools and processes that can be used.Information and registration: Open to G16+ graduates In order to allow everyone to express themselves, the workshop will welcome a maximum of 15 participants.
