Speaker : Dominique Druon

Dominique Druon founded aliath in 2012, a governance and board recruitment consultancy. Aliath places the leader's strategy at the heart of the board's steering system as a key to performance, and supports CEOs of major groups, ETIs, SMEs and investment funds in this sense.

She is an independent director and member of the Audit Committee and Nomination/Compensation Committee of the listed group LE BELIER, as well as an independent member of the Supervisory Board of the industrial group SINTEX. She was also an independent director, Chairwoman of the Nomination/Compensation Committee and member of the Strategy Committee of the listed APRIL group from 2013 to September 2019, and an independent director of the SCHUMACHER family group from 2017 to 2019.

Dominique Druon's 20 years as General Manager of the Group, France, UK, USA and Middle East for Altran, a multinational listed on the SBF 120 in innovative technologies, have given her an in-depth understanding of the requirements of managers in the growth, structuring, internationalization and restructuring phases of their businesses.

With aliath, she has also developed a methodology for supporting women in positions of power and on boards of directors.

Dominique is also a guest speaker on corporate governance at INSEAD, ESSEC, EM Lyon, Dauphine, Toulouse Business School and IFA-Audencia.

She is a graduate engineer from UTC and a certified administrator from ESSEC, a business angel with the Finance & Technology club, and a member of IFA (Institut Français des Administrateurs), APIA (Administrateurs Professionnels Indépendants Associés), CDA (Cercle des Administrateurs), WCD (Women Corporate Directors), VoxFemina and the Gouvernance & Equilibre circle.
