The Ponts Alliance "Management Consulting" Professional Group is delighted to invite you to a conference/debate on the subject of process outsourcing, on November 3 at 6:45 pm at the Maison des Ponts (Aubrac room), 15 rue de la Fontaine au Roi 75011 Paris. Outsourcing a process means asking a third-party company to take charge of a set of activities currently carried out by the outsourcing company. This practice has developed in many sectors of the economy (industry, services, ....), particularly since experts in operational excellence recommended that companies focus on their "core" activities, those in which they have competitive advantages, and outsource other activities to other specialized players. After several years of deployment, many questions remain concerning the conditions for successful process outsourcing. Are there any pitfalls to be avoided when setting up and deploying such initiatives? Do the results live up to expectations? What are the recommendations in terms of team management, both for the "outsourcing" company and the service provider? What is the state of the process outsourcing market in France and Europe? What are the development trends in this practice? The talk will be followed by a friendly drink.
