REPROGRAMMEE- G9+-Cycle Women & Digital * Luxury & Digital: Reinventing experience standards

The 2016 edition of the G9+ Institute's Women & digital cycle, in partnership with Microsoft, Science Paristech au Féminin (SPauF)and the Salon du Luxe, tackles the issue of the Luxury Industry facing up to digital, its challenges, its mutations and the changing relationship with its customers.

A crossroads between major groups and start-ups, with renowned speakers including Jérôme Bergeret (FashionLab, Dassault Systèmes), Malo Girod de l'Ain(Digital'Arti), Stéphane Truchi (IFOP), Nathalie Victoria (L'Oréal Luxe), ShiSh Shridhar(Microsoft) and Fabrice Jonas(Modelab).

A number of start-ups will be featured during the evening and cocktail party: Consumer Live, Diakse, Digitalarti, Filevirtuelle, Glaze, Kuantom, Modelab, Moskitos, SmartPixel, Toky Woky.

Luxury consumers have become resolutely mobile, multi-media and active on social networks. As habits change, so do expectations. The proof is in the pudding: e-trade in luxury goods is now growing faster than physical sales. While only 6% of sales are made online, 68% are directly generated by digital interaction during the customer journey, which is becoming delinearized and more complex. It's time to rethink the way we interact with our customers, and redefine priorities to "enchant" the encounter at every contact.
