Which bubbles will you be popping in your flutes for the festive season this year?

Which bubbles are you going to sparkle in your flutes for the festive season this year? To answer this very delicate question, you are all invited to a tasting and presentation of RUINART and Georges CARTIER champagne wines on November 25 at 6pm. Champagne blanc de blancs, low dosage champagnes, champagne blanc de noirs, vintage champagnes, Master Sommelier Frédéric GIBIER will comment on the tastings, which will be accompanied by a cocktail. So many questions for a concentrate of 49 million bubbles in each bottle, and a cork that pops!
Pinot noir, pinot meunier, chardonnay, which grape varieties make up these champagnes?How do you match delicate fish or shellfish, game and meat, Comté or Parmesan cheeses, chocolate and fruit tarts with which champagne? The Master Sommelier will help you recognize these varietals and their delicate aromas, and advise you on the best pairings for your dishes ...
