GEF Breakfast with Alexandre de JUNIAC, CEO of Air France KLM

His main objective: to turn around the group, which has been experiencing difficulties since 2008, and which is evolving in a hyper-complex and ultra-competitive world.
Air France KLM is now a world leader, with sales of over €25 billion and over 77 million passengers a year. The group employs 100,000 people in 187 countries.
Today, women account for almost 43% of the workforce, but none of them is yet a member of the Executive Committee. Nevertheless, Air France KLM is determined to make progress in terms of professional equality between men and women, notably through a Parenthood Charter and equal pay measures.
We'll be talking to Alexandre de JUNIAC about his vision of gender diversity, stereotypes in the workplace, the obstacles still blocking women's access to positions of responsibility, and how to overcome them without creating antagonism with men. In addition, given Air France KLM's global presence, it will be interesting to identify French specificities on this subject.
