A few days ahead of March 8, we'll be delighted to welcome Nicole NOTAT for a discussion on the themes of parity, gender diversity and professional equality, based on her unique experience as a leading trade union leader and a company director with expertise in issues of social and environmental responsibility.
A teacher by profession, Nicole NOTAT has played an active role in French and European trade unionism, and more broadly in French society, notably as General Secretary of the Confédération Française Démocratique du Travail (CFDT) from 1992 to 2002, President of the Conseil de l'Assurance Chômage (Unedic) from 1992 to 1994 and from 1996 to 1998, and member of the Haute Autorité de Lutte contre les Discriminations (HALDE) from 2005 to 2009.
Founder of Vigeo in 2002, she has made her company Europe's leading expert in the analysis, rating and auditing of organizations, with regard to their practical approaches and results related to environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. Vigéo is currently present in 6 countries, including Morocco and Japan.
Nicole Notat is both a privileged witness and a key player, and will give us her enlightened view on the issue of professional equality, a major component of the social field of corporate responsibility.
