[Sciences ParisTech au féminin] Acting on your Imposter Syndrome - April 11, 2022

Many of you attended the December 6 conference on Imposter Syndrome, given by Arielle Adda, either in person or online.

Given the success of the event, we were keen to move on to more concrete actions. In January, we organized our first distance workshop thanks to Anouk Debard.

This time, we're offering a face-to-face workshop with a specialized coach. According to the Journal of Behavioral Science, 70% of people worldwide suffer from impostor syndrome at some point in their lives. Despite a successful professional life, these people doubt the legitimacy of their successes.

To help you deal with this feeling, our trainer suggests :

• assess your feelings of imposture
• highlight any negative strategies you may have put in place
• find solutions in the form of more favorable behaviors.
