organized by Mines ParisTech au féminin, Centrale au féminin, Supelec au féminin and Pascaline Le Berre.

Our guests, remarkable and committed women, will talk about their? careers and share their? experiences.
  • Marie Jo Zimmermann, Member of Parliament for Moselle and Vice-Chairwoman of the Delegation for Women's Rights, will share with us the importance of applying the law that bears her name, and the proactive measures to be taken to promote equality and get women on boards of directors and management.
  • Agnès Bricard takes a look at the current position of women engineers on boards of directors and executive committees. ?profiles ?and career paths?
  • How can you ?develop? your leadership skills, ?develop? your self-esteem, ?aim for a high-potential position? Some advice from Pascaline Le Berre
  • How to manage your career aspirations? Marie Vézy, Senior VP HR at Schneider Electric, will share tips and anecdotes to help you find your bearings and build the right career path...
  • How to ?work on your posture as? a manager and understand the codes of governance? Viviane de Beaufort, ?professor at ESSEC ?will share ?her vision? as a researcher and ?her concrete experience ?from the ?Women ESSEC Programmes.

They will show how, thanks to a good understanding of your talents and the codes of your environment, women engineers can progress in the company to ?aspire to management positions and ?mandates on boards of directors.
This round table will be moderated by Véronique Forge, journalist? and? founder of Business O Féminin.
