Whether you're a recent graduate or an experienced woman, this conference is for you, especially if you want to strengthen your leadership skills by making the most of your natural talents:

The conference will be led by Agathe Pin, CPCC-ACC certified, StrengthsFinder® facilitator and leadership development coach.

The conference will last 1h30 and will include practical exercises. It will be followed by a convivial cocktail to encourage exchanges and networking.

Agathe works with emerging leaders and new managers, as well as founders and managers of small, fast-growing companies. She helps them build their confidence and develop their natural leadership so that they excel in their role, have the impact and responsibilities they desire, and take with them committed, effective and united teams.
A graduate of the Ecole Normale Supérieure (ENS-LSH) and agrégée, Agathe began her career in higher education administration, before moving to California (San Francisco) where she lived from 2009 to 2016 and began a new chapter in her professional life, coaching. She works in French and English and travels regularly to San Francisco.

5 active women, Gaelle Cattieuw (2000), Valérie Cedrone, Murielle Connan, Christine Mourgues Bastide and Patricia Wyckhuys, share the same conviction about the under-representation of women in our society, convinced that a more balanced gender mix makes a major socio-economic contribution, and aware that getting both women and men moving is essential.
A number of initiatives are underway: raising awareness among the whole population, including the very young, of the obstacles facing women in their development; providing keys to understanding the situation and offering tools to support women in their development; building and widening the circle of influence through networking.
