The GEF team is delighted to welcome back a woman: Virginie CALMELS, who since May 2012 has headed the entire Endemol group, having previously headed its French subsidiary.

Endemol is the world's leading independent television and digital program production company. In France, Endemol is behind Star Academy, Secret Story and Les Enfants de la Télé, as well as dramas such as L'Arbre de Mai.

Virginie CALMELS has devoted a large part of her career to the audiovisual industry, each time asserting her skills and talent in a complex world: behind the glitter that makes people dream, the creativity, the strong personalities, there's the reality of the business.

Virginie is one of the few women to head an audiovisual group, and she will be sharing her views on management, gender diversity and diversity.

The GEF team will be delighted to welcome you at 8:00 a.m. for a buffet breakfast at the Cercle de l'Union Interalliée, 33 rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré, 75008 PARIS (nearest metro stations: Concorde or Madeleine).
