Why dooi, when it comes to pay rises, do many women answer: "I don't want to ask, I want to be recognized for my merits, it's not in my values", when men make it a point of honor to negotiate, sometimes bitterly, these same rises?

Women's stories! But aren't these issues of money and salary all too often a source of discomfort, inhibition and misunderstanding? Why don't we talk about them?

Laurence Dejouany is a psychologist. After working for many years in the fields of work psychology, organizational sociology and social innovation, she has now been working for over ten years with women's networks (such as Inter'Elles) on women's access to positions of responsibility.
