Consulting for small businesses: context, opportunities, best practices

Bruno Pichard, lawyer, Stephan Guinchard, strategy consultant, Stéphane Bellanger, chartered accountant. The 3 guests have in common their entrepreneurial status in the consulting business (strategic, legal or accounting) with French ETIs (mid-sized companies). These ETIs, which account for almost 30% of the private sector's added value in our country, are at the heart of French current affairs. In terms of innovation, international growth and job creation in France, they have become indispensable. However, dialogue with the consulting professions is still weak (especially in comparison with Germany), despite the fact that their needs for expertise and support should invite them to do so. Why and, above all, how to remedy this situation in concrete terms are therefore key questions. At this breakfast meeting, we will address the following topics from a deliberately operational angle: . Factual presentation on ETIs and champions . Key development issues . Their needs in terms of support, and the commercial opportunities they represent for an advisor . Their perceptions of external consultants and the relationships they form with their service providers . Feedback on the specificities of the commercial approach of ETIs and sharing of best practices.
