The TELECOM PARIS TECH ALUMNI wine club and its host BERNARD BURTSCHY invite you to take part in the traditional RENCONTRES OENOLOGIQUES GRANDES ECOLES PARIS TECH on Sunday December 7, in the salons of the Maison de l'X from 11am to 7pm. A wide-ranging program is on offer: -23 PARIS TECH producers-winemakers will be on hand to offer tastings of wines from their estates at friendly prices. Burgundy, Bordeaux, Languedoc Roussillon ,Beaujolais ,Champagne ,Jura ,Rhône, Provence,Loire ,Armagnac are all represented. -A gourmet meal accompanied by a selection of wines from our 23 producers, with commentary from PARIS TECH winemakers Two eagerly-awaited tasting conferences: 2:30 pm Monsieur Richer: Déguster à l'aveugle ,mais c'est facile.avec présentation des techniques de base 4 pm Bernard Burtschy ,expert enologie ,membre du jury Agriculture Biologique,Biodynamie ,culture raisonnée .....:le futur du vin? Come and meet your fellow winemakers; you'll be amazed at the quality of their wines, which has improved dramatically in recent years. You'll be amazed at the youthfulness of the new PARIS TECH winemakers; yes, French viticulture is attracting more and more young people who come to make a dream come true, despite a decline of more than 10% in the French wine industry, but in an improving economic context. You'll be surprised to learn that they're taking part in the national effort which, in 2014, made France the world's leading wine producer.
