RENTREE OF THE OENO ALUMNI CLUB: September 30, 2014 in Saphir With the grape harvest currently taking place all over France, with wine fairs gaining in success year after year, it's time to open the new season of our Club Œnologique Alumni under the benevolent guidance of our ever-faithful master Bernard Burtschy. This September 30, our club returns, still at 8pm, still at the same rate and still in a friendly atmosphere without bling. If you'd like to bring new alumni along, they're more than welcome; they'll learn the language of wine, how to recognize different grape varieties and how they look, smell and taste. These tastings will turn you into a real connoisseur, but space is always limited...
