Club œnologue TPA After the festivities, in which I believe the wine part was undoubtedly present, because as Alexandre Dumas said, whose thoughts you share, "Wine is the intellectual part of the meal, the meats and vegetables are only the material parts", I'd like to wish you a wonderful 2015, with the support - oh so important - of our master Bernard Burtschy. May he be thanked here for his qualities as sommelier, taster and wine historian! Sessions resume this Tuesday, January 27, in the Amphi Saphir, still at 8 p.m. We'll be resuming our work on terroirs and a more present approach to food and wine, cheese and wine pairings. We'll also be looking at foreign wines, particularly from the New World. As you can see, there's a lot of work ahead of us!
