Dear friends of Bacchus, For the last wine evening of the first half of the year, Bernard has decided to outdo himself, and to make up for the cancelled evening, he's offering a tasting of exceptional rosés, including the 2 MOST EXPENSIVE ROSES IN THE WORLD. And yes, the absentees are going to be furious! How do you get a palette of rosés that varies from "onion skin" pink to coral pink, rosewood and salmon? What's the difference between the pressing method and the bleeding method? What's the difference between méthode de pressurage and méthode de saignée? The world of rosé wine will no longer be inaccessible to you after this important wine club evening on July 15. If you were registered for the June 23, 2014 session and would like to attend the one on July 15, 2014, we can postpone your payment.
