Dear apprentice oenologists, I hereby confirm our next oenology session to be held in the GRENAT amphitheater (a fine name for a room reserved for wine tasting!). This Monday, December 2 at 8pm, with our master Bernard Burstchy. After the sacrosanct worldwide tasting of Beaujolais nouveaux, many vins primeurs are starting to appear on our tables, and yes, marketing obliges! But what does Bernard have in store for us in the run-up to the festive season? You'll find out by registering for our session on December 2, 2013.
