Happy New Year 2013 Oenologist friends, After the Paris Tech winemakers' meeting at the Maison des X, we're back to our oenology training cycle with our master Bernard Burtschy. After the end-of-year break, our winegrower friends are back at it again, cultivating this vine of the Ampelidaceae family, known as Vitis Vini, whose varieties are known as cépages. A surprise awaits you at the next meeting, to be held on January 22 at 8:00 pm, in the Opale amphitheatre.
