The Mines Finance Club, in association with Ponts & Télécom Finance, is organizing its next conference/debate on the theme :

The Euro crisis

with Jacques Attali, Chairman of A&A (ATTALI & Associés) and PlaNet Finance

Doctor ofState in Economics, graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique, Ecole des Mines, Sciences Po and ENA, our speaker is an honorary State Councillor, economist, professor and writer.

A former special advisor to François Mitterrand, founder and first Chairman of the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in London), he is currently Chairman of A&A (ATTALI & Associés), an international consulting firm specializing in new technologies, and PlaNet Finance, an International Solidarity Organization specializing in the development of microfinance.

Chairman ofthe Commission pour la libération de la croissance française in 2007, Jacques Attali is also involved in other activities, notably in the humanitarian field and at the UN.

He has taught economics at the Ecole Polytechnique, the Ecole des Ponts et Chaussées and the Université Paris-Dauphine. He holds honorary doctorates from several foreign universities and is a member of the Académie Universelle des Cultures.

Our speaker has published numerous books (essays, biographies, novels...) translated into several languages and distributed in millions of copies around the world, on subjects ranging from economics to music.

A cocktail will be served at the end of the conference.
