Dear Alumni,
We are delighted to invite you to the last Economy & Finance breakfast of this 2024 year, on the theme of Career Management and Intergenerational Inclusion, organized by ENSAE.
When two alumni of the ENSAE class of 1987 get together, they share not only memories, but also an ambition: to rethink the place of seniors in the corporate world.
In 2023, Florence Bonnevay and Pierre Emmanuel Médioni accepted the opportunity to embark on an academic research project within the FIT2 Chair at the Ecole des Mines de Paris. The result is a book, Le Capital Seniors, which explores, with scientific rigor and inspiring creativity, the ways in which companies can enhance and extend the career paths of experienced employees. Le Capital Seniors stands out for its analysis based on case studies and concrete solutions, paving the way for a culture of intergenerational inclusion enriched by the experience of seniors.
Frédéric Rollin ENSAE 1988, a former asset manager turned artist who also met on the school benches, brought his artistic touch to illustrate the book.
ENSAE invites you to a breakfast debate with Florence Bonnevay and Frédéric Rollin, one of the authors of the book and its illustrator, but above all a "senior" who has reinvented his professional life!
Come and explore the results of this in-depth study, hear first-hand accounts and exchange ideas on concrete solutions to help companies move towards more respectful and rewarding age management for experienced people.
